    Yeah it's a 2.0 and no I haven't but all I did was drop it on a carpet floor.

    From how far up? Was it knocked off a table or a shelf, for example? I would definitely look into getting it replaced or compensated for. I'm sure the team would be glad to help, as that's usually what I've observed about them.
