This is Zero, King of the little devils and one of the two secret playable characters. Zero is unlocked by clearing the lost chapter or by doing the phone cheat and paying 5 million halos. While faster than Bayonetta and Jeanne, he's also weaker dying in just two hits regardless of health. (3 if you've fully upgraded his health.) He can summon little devils without the infernal communicator.
