    Umm...sorry, are you saying the answer is findable if I keep searching? Or are you criticizing me for thinking this community would be helpful?     Michael the battery used is a 2032 battery. if ya can't find a cord you can maybe switch the battery. You can get this battery almost anywhere. also Amazon.com has an ask questions about product feature. Try that if all else fails.
