  Yep. You need the golden shovel though. Also, it depends how much bells you bury. The higher amount, the higher chance youll get of growing a money tree... Example: Bury 50,000 Bells=50% chance of growing. Bury 99,000 Bells=99% Chance of growing.

  High amount of Bells = High chance to grow a money tree! You will need a golden shovel. The high amount of money you bury, the high amount of money that will grow in the tree!

  Yes, you'll need a gold shovel, how do you do that? Buy 50 Fertalizer's at your T&T Emporium, I plant 30,000 Bells & earn 60,000 So, I dont belive in the high percentage thing, Me & my friends plant 30,000 & Get 90,000 on the tree so... Its a profit you can only plant 1 tree at a time though.

  Not worth it. Getting the golden shovel takes time and money (although the shovel IS worth it), and it is VERY hard to make a profit on a money tree. Every thousand bells is a 1% chance that the tree will grow with money on it, and the money bags will be whatever you buried, capping at 3 bags of 30,000 bells. Money trees are mostly for show; if you want money it's easier to go to the island.
