    After you find the stamp ( in one of the above caverns) keep the cannon suit to blast the crumbling wall behind the two puffer fish and box crates. There is a secret room with the 2nd star and a bunch of coins! Can you help me with the 3rd star is please?

    Thank you for the location! For the third star, after the second one you swim to the right untill you see three rows of purple fish, swim behind the third row of purple fish and go in the tube. then go to the right and swim up. and there it is. i hope this was helpful like ur comment was!
