Who can help me catch Grodon? I've been trying this for a while and they don't tell you how to catch him, i can't even figure it out, he's too hard.

    did you find the masterball in team magma's hideout? it should be in a small group of pokeballs (i'm pretty sure though, exept i have sapphire and it was in team aqua's base)

    Bring a lot of Ultra Balls, try leaving him at the lowest HP possible (the move False Swipe helps) try making he sleep or get paralyzed (w/ moves like Hypnosis and Thunder Wave) and should make him a little easier to catch. - The Master Ball is an option too, but I would save it for using later with Deoxys.

    i can still say that Groudon is hard, mostly due to the battle's length, Groudon can also heal to top it off.
