    Depends. In OR/AS, you can get over 30+ legendaries w/o trading or transferring. How to get them, though, can be found with a quick Google search. Or are you referring to fairly difficult things, like shiny legendaries, and what-not?

    Oh, then you can get 30+ of them in ORAS just by non-trading, even though you WILL need two of them to get another, but the other isn't handed to you.
