A wild Pikachu is found next to a wild Denenne.Then a trainer comes up and catches them both with pokeballs.A few days later the trainer lets them both out for the first time and finds a Shiny Raichu and a Mega Lampent.What happened? Can someone explain because that happened to my friend.Glitch?Game corruption?

    The Pikachu was Shiny and had evolved itself and the Dedenne / Lampent was a Ditto spamming transform? (this is a riddle, right?)
