    You can breed your starter and hatch the eggs, then put them on GTS for the other starters you don't have.

    Yes, the daycare. You can put two pokemon in it to get an egg. It can get a bit complicated though. The GTS is the global trade station, if there is a pokemon you're looking for you might find it there. I recommend that you just offer pokemon rather that looking at whats up there.
