    I forget what all it does, but it is VERY good. I think it doubles exp or EVs gained or some such. Spread it to as many of your Pokémon as you can by having them next to an infected 'mon in your party. It goes away after a few days, but only if the 'mon is in your party. The effects still remain, it just can't be spread from that 'mon anymore.
