my sis screwed ↑ , she went 2 battle kyogre, lost ,SAVED ( unbelievable ) then went 2 challenge kyogre again and kyogre wasn't there. plz help ( if u yeah this post w/o giving a good answer then u will be blocked :p )

    you have to beat the Eleat four then after that take the path to the left instead of going strate forward inside, I had that same problem but I killed it and descided to get it later
