Question

What doe the ability Prankster do? I know it gives priority to status moves but, what does that mean? Btw is a Bold nature Prankster Sabyley with Recover good I got it off wondertrade

it means that you will use the move first, no matter what your speed is.

It means all your non-attacking/damaging moves get +1 Priority, making them go first, like Quick Attack. BTW, Extremespeed is at +2 Priority, which means it will go before any of your +1 Priority Attacks.

Priority means that you will always outspeed pokemon using a lower-priority move, even if your pokemon is slower. So a sableye using recover will go before even a ninjask using x-scissor, since recover has +1 priority. However, you won't move before faster pokemon using moves with the same priority level or pokemon using moves with higher priority level (like protect or extremespeed)
