He took that into account. Literally EVERY Talonflame has Brave Bird and Flare Blitz. If you want it to last a bit longer, give it Roost, and maybe U-Turn.

For Aegislash I would recommend this: Weakness Policy/Leftovers. Relaxed Nature. Shadow Ball, Sacred Sword, Kings Shield, and either Shadow Sneak or Flash Cannon. Play with the EVs as you see fit. However, have an emphasis on Special Attack and Hp, and don't invest ANY Speed.

Pick one Mega too. Then, replace the one you don't need with a Dark Type. Your team looks like it will have trouble with Dark and Ghost types. Greninja resists them, but Greninja is really frail, so you can't count on it to switch in.

Survive a Flamethrower from what? In Shield Form, he could take a Flamethrower from something like Salamence or Blaizeken. But from something like Mega Charizard Y in the sun? Probably not...
