    depends on what your looking for, mewtwo Y gets some serious sp atk boosts, and gets a cool ability which counters a darkrai pretty well, it counters you from falling asleep. mewtwo x recives an atk boost and gets a fighting type, his ability is steadfast, when you flinch, your speed gets boosted by one, but considering mega mewtwo Y has better base stats, and mewtwos move pool is sp... go with Y
