    There are a lot of people from every region. What the PSS does is try to display an equal number of players from every game region (North/South Americas, Europe, Oceania, Japan and Korea.) Thats why you see a lot of players from places from smaller countries and such even though they're vastly outnumbered by American and Japanese players.
