    You can't have caught all the legendaries. That takes at least three days, as one legendary trio rotates such that only one member is available on each day.

    Weeeeeeeel.. there's shiny hunting, completing the Pokedex, collecting Secret Base Flags, improving upon your Pokemon, competitive battling, trading over WT trading over GTS, participating in the Battle Mansion, Pokemon Contests, catching every single legendary (over thirty, some time-based.), beating every single trainer you can lay eyes on, collecting every single hidden item, and much more.

    Also, you can give your pokémon away, in a giveaway organised on miiverse, by wonder trade or by putting rare, shiny or legendary pokémon on the GTS for common pokémon. Or you could try to get the incredibly rare pokérus (x3 or x6 rarer than a wild shiny in a normal encounter, without a Shiny Charm).
