    Nickname Regice. Give it Casteliacone, Ice Plate, or Nevermeltice. Take the Regi trio with you to Regice's cave north of Dewford. You will have to approach the spot where Regice was. Then Regigigas will immediately battle you, so maybe save just outside the cave
