    i'm pretty much good in competitive battling i make up my own strategies, i don't use smogon or any website but i need some more ideas to work with, maybe you can give me some ideas?

    k heres two of mine: magnemite and gallade. so very simple magnemite. sturdy abillity, berry juice item, and recycle, toxic, and protect for moves, and needs to be level one only. so they get a hit, sturdy has efect, and you use toxic. your health is back with berry juice, then use recycle and so on so forth, with an occasional protect here and there.

    gallade should be traind in speed and a little attack, because its so high, give it the mega stone so you can hit almost twice as hard, twice as fast, give it the jolly or adamant nature, and teach it ice punch (duh) power up punch so you can have swords dance without taking too long to set up, close combat, and either drain punch or leaf blade.

    an INSANELY faster alternative to super training is getting the 6 braces. They say they increase a stat but lowers speed. Each Increased stat raises 4 EV's in the desired stat per pokemon that is KO'd. have a pokemon use sweet scent then battle a horde. You would be gaining 20-25 EV's in the matter of about 45 seconds instead of 12 in one minute.

    oh and they aren't "braces" they are power items. power bracer just helps in attack. sorry I don't have much to say. I just wait for inspiration then make what I feel. sometimes unique, sometime more like a contrary serperior with leaf tornado. lol in other words "obvious"

    oh wait! I got a good torterra set I made on X. Ability: shell armor (crits are his downfall) Item: Leftovers (much needed heal) Nature Sassy (could be impish or carefull tho) Moveset: Stockpile (you want these out fast then thanks to no crits and rarity of defense decreasing moves on opponents your set!) Seed bomb (STAB) EQ (STAB) leech seed (more heal plus good passive damage)

    for EVs your probobly gonna want at least 128 in both defense since stockpile works by increasing percentage. then you choose between higher attacking or more bulk. maybe if you go with bulk you could replace seed bomb with protect for more stalling. (seed bomb is a egg move btw.). I personally went with both, leaning more toward higher HP but still increasing his attack enough to cause good damag
