So now that Pangoro gets Drain Punch, Gunk Shot, Knock Off, and the elemental punches from move tutors, I want to build a Pangoro-based team. Any ideas on good teammates for Pangoro?

  • Considering that that was what I originally asked for, I think that would be a good idea.

  • Pangoro is slow but good with Circle Throw. Still, you will need at least 2 fast pokemon to counter Pangoro's problem with fast pokemon, as well as at least one high def/spdef pokemon.

  • I should have been more precise. I would appreciate non-noobish ideas. I'm talking OU here. Why are Smeargle or Lucario good? Why do I need a Grass-type? Do you realize that Pangoro learns Parting Shot?

  • Mega Lucario helps to counter fairy types, which are a nuisance for Pangoro. Besides, like I said Pangoro is slow. That's why I gave a list of pokemon to counter that, cause fast OP fairy are annoying when you're trying to use Pangoro. It doesn't matter if he can learn poison or steel moves, he's still slow. Smeargle just helps to set up sweeps :).
