Question

I heard that you can get a shiny pokemon from any pokemon video games including pokemon omega ruby and pokemon alpha sapphire without any pokemon wifi event or store event, but i am wondering how you do this?

    Completely luck and a lot of patience. In ORAS, nearly every pokemon you encounter in the wild, hatch, or get as a gift has a 1/4096 chance of randomly being shiny. You can increase your odds by getting the shiny charm, doing the masuda method, doing chain fishing, or doing dexnav chaining.

    You can get them very rarely by chance, or by cheating. Shiny pokemon appear in all the games except Red, Blue, and Yellow. And the spin-offs, of course.

    You can randomly encounter a shiny again, but the chance is like 1 in 4,000.

    All the time. From the moment you walk into the first patch of grass onward, you will have a really small random chance of running into a shiny. The only exceptions are groudon/kyogre/rayquaza/deoxys, which can never be shiny in this game.
