Okay. So my rating is sitting at a whopping 5 wins 11 losses. But I would be at 17 wins if everybody I beat DIDN'T DC. If anything they are ruining their own rating, because DCing actually lowers your rating more than actually losing/forfiet. WHY DOES DCING HAVE TO EXIST?!?!

Power-Up Punch is the only move Electivire has to increase Attack., I believe. It definitely can't learn Swords Dance.

Thr problem is that Elekid is a "Baby" Pokemon, it can't breed until it evolves. The same goes for various other "Baby" Pokemon such as Riolu, Pichu, and Budew.

Little Cup is a battle format in which you use unevolved Pokemon in your party. I'm not sure if it includes 2nd stage Pokemon in a three stage line though. Pokemon who can't evolve are prohibited.
