    His flight back to Sinnoh crashed. He and Dr. Xerosic were seperated. Looker ended up at Battle Resort. Dr. Xerosic either died, ended up in Sinnoh, or disappeared. This is just my GUESS of what happened.

    It is confirmed that this game takes place in the past(the model ship of the Royal Unova in the Ocean Museum says that the boat will be complete in several years). It is believed that the Hoenn and Kanto games take place at the same time(In the original Red and Blue and FireRed and LeafGreen, there is a man on the S.S. Anne who says he's a Global Police Agent hunting criminals, proprobably Looker)

    The timeline somewhat screw up if trying to arrange event, such as closed cable link club and game center but battle frontier still under construction.As well as Maxie/Archie who later say something like parallel world. So I recognize any game as separate dimension.

    I believe that Looker must have fallen off the S.S. Anne in my theory. The timeline of the games is thought to be: Kanto/Hoenn stories, 3 years later Johto/Sinnoh stories, some time later is Unova,and two years after that is Unova(Black2/White2)/Kalos. The director of the games said this on his Twitter page several months ago.All of this info means that even with the different universe (continued)

    of the games, the timeline is still the same. Xerosic couldn't have done anything to him, because Team Flare hadn't happened yet. If I were to take a guess, we might get another Kanto remake because of Pokemon's 20th anniversary next year. Since Looker may just be on the S.S. Anne in Kanto, it may explain what happened to him.
