    Yeah, it's an event. I have a shiny Wish Blissey I traded for a 6IV shiny Registeel a bit ago, I was a fool to evolve it.

    It was from gen 3, there were like 15 wish pokemon, like my chansey :3 I have the bagon too, jolly, 6iv, shiny, but with lame nickname x.x Used to have Kanga, but traded for bagon when m-frizbee was announced xD There was also eggsecute and drowzee :)
