    Why are you breeding there? The move tutors? They brought those back. Plus, you can have a male Gardevoir.

    There's no way to guarantee gender when breeding pokemon, so it's still a 50% chance of being female. If you are trying to catch one in the wild, then put a male pokemon with cute charm in the front of your party for a 66% chance of finding a female.
