    Just beat the Elite Four again, and you can find the black triangle on top of Sky Pillar. Interact with it and Deoxys will appear. Basically, any legendary that you accidentally KO can be rebattled by beating the Elite Four again.

    Don't worry. If you beat the elite 4 again, deoxys will reappear on top of sky pillar. That way you can catch it without having to reset the game and catch rayquaza again (although they did make rayquaza easier to catch in this game).

    Along with being able to rematch it, Rayquaza is almost a guaranteed catch in this game. Just use a Quick Ball.
