    Celebi, arceus, victini, keldeo, meloetta, xerneas, yveltal, zygarde, and diancie are always shiny-locked and can never legally be shiny in any game. In B/W/B2/W2: Reshiram/Zekrom are shiny-locked In X/Y: Every legendary (even mewtwo & the birds) is shiny-locked In OR/AS: Pretty much guaranteed that groudon/kyogre/rayquaza/deoxys are shiny-locked.
