    They are not too common, just punch the bag when the pokemon is 'happy' and you'll find one eventually. Another option is to use the berries that decrease stats.

    I don't remember the names for all of them, just Tamato, Kelpsy, Pomeg and Hondew I think. I remember getting them on some berry tree as I was playing, but I could be wrong. You'll know if you have one if you read the description which will say that it makes the pokemon friendly, but reduces a base stat.
