    I might have jumped the gun on it, since I saw the icon over it. It is just missing a few options from regular characters. Logic and behavior is gone. It seems to be more for teams, or a actor connection. I need to experiment with it first.

    I think I figured it out. It is built into the character because, It has a reaction when you get near it. So, I think it is from the developers creating the behavior automatically. Like a replayer creativi-toy built in.
