    If i try to trade mew it says it's a special pokemon you can't trade it! if i try to trade keldeo it says offer the pokemon for trade?

    Thats because your Keldeo has the blue pentagon and it does not have a ribbon. As long as an event Pokemon is kalos born without its event ribbon it's tradable over the Gts (You can only remove its ribbon using a japanese Hacking device)
