I go try again. I know I can get Eon Thicket via Street Pass only. What I want know is how if I need let my Pokémon OR on, play it or use my 3DS on and close. I really need know about it.

    All you need is to have your 3ds in sleep mode, you don't even need to have OR in your 3ds to get it

    In-game you need to have received the Buzznav. It's early in the game, just after the first badge. Once you have that, then you can activate StreetPass. From that point on, you don't need to have the game turned on or even inserted as stated by Vincent above. You'll know when you have received it as the Buzznav will remind you once you check for any passes in ORAS.

    Squishy you can see about Eon Ticket on pokémon official site. There has the places and dates for distribution. Put Eon Ticket on your search page I think it is first or second answer to pokémon official page.

    The Eon Ticket has been released here through weekday events. You had to watch Nintendo closely on their site, email and Facebook to try to get notice but they were there. If you can, visit Nintendo's Australia site for info on StreetPass groups that have regular meets and visit one of them. You'll likely find someone there who's gotten the ticket themselves and are passing it around to others.
