    You can use either for normal Lucario, phys. is better for Mega. Spec. Lucario: Dark Pulse, Flash Cannon, Psychic, Dragon Pulse, Metal Sound, Focus Blast, Aura Sphere Phys. Lucario: Extreme Speed, Swords Dance, Stone Edge, Shadow Claw, Hone Claws, Earthquake, Element Punches, Drain Punch, Iron Tail
