Question

I need help with Regigigas. I have all three Regi's. Regice is nicknamed Icecreamman and the girl in Pacifidlog told me to give him Casteliacone. He's holding and I'm in the ice cave. I caught the other Regi's last night. Do I have to wait 24 hours? What am I missing?
