    You have to show the bike to certian people. Take the Mach bike up the slope in the Route 111 Desert and show it to a Hex Maniac.Show the Acro bike to a Bird Keeper at Route 119. You will need Waterfall and Surf to get to him. Then go to the Battle Resort and talk to a Triathlete. Then go back to the bike shop in Mauville and Rydel should give you the other bike.

    You have to go up the waterfall. Get on the Acro bike and go across the ledges. (Bunny Hop) Keep going until you see a bird keeper near a bush.

    Try looking near the Battle Maison. If you still can't find try flying to Mauville and talk to Rydel. There is a chance that you might have already talked to him.
