my shiny Ho-Ohs moves are Sacred Fire, Giga Drain, Extrasensory, and Earthquake is that a good move set for Ho-Oh?

Take off earthquake, but on thunderbolt or just thunder.

Forego Earthquake for a Special move, from what I know Ho-Oh is a special attacker. EV train it in Sp. Attack and Speed any you got a true Uber. Talonflame's superior, though.

Ho-Oh actually has better attack then Sp. Atk

Actually, Ho-Oh's Atk is higher than its Sp Atk (base 130 vs base 110).

A decent legend to put alongside it is Zekrom, it's physical and clears away Ho-Oh's weaknesses nicely. Give it Fusion Bolt, Dragon Claw, Crunch, and maybe Flame Charge if it learns it.

i only use one legendary in my team, in OR its Shiny Ho-Oh in AS its Shiny Zekrom (^-^)
