    It isn't. To get good IV dittos, you need to find a mirage island with ditto on it and use the dexnav to search for ditto for a chance to find 1-3IV ditto.

    Its not always 1-3 ivs though... you can rarely find 4-6 iv ones like a few weeks ago i found a 6iv jolly HA one i guess i was really lucky since i was looking for this ditto...

    get a 6 perfect iv ditto its nessary for breeding or better yet just do unliked methods to get competitive pokemon
