    because it does not have a weak stat. like attack grows fast and sp attack grows slow. hardy nature makes every stat grow evenly.

    Depending on what you want your pokemon to be doing, it generally will never use that sixth stat. For example, if flygon only uses physical attacks, it has not use for its special attack stat and thus can have a jolly nature to make it faster, or a adamant nature to make it stronger than hardy flygon. It would have absolutely no benefit to not having it's special attack lowered.
