    Depends on how many shinies you already have that can breed with each other, and if you have the Shiny Charm. There are lots of variables with this. I prefer the PokeRadar, personally.

    You need to have fully completed the Pokedex(as in, captured every single Pokemon, ever). So you should stick with the PokeRadar.
