    Something really strange happened to me when I tried on Emerald with a randomizer: My Yanma was too attached to me, when I released it, it came back... It disappeared from my box like normal, then the animation reversed

    @link I've had that happen a few times too XD @Kayla I wanted to do my nuzlock on silver or emerald version but the internal battery is dead in both and I don't have the money to go buy a new battery v.v silver won't hold a save file anymore so I'd have to keep my gameboy on all the time and emerald with a dead battery is just annoying.

    You can only catch one pokemon per route/area and it must be the first pokemon you win the wild. If it faints while you're trying to catch it, its gone. You can't try again to catch a pokemon in that area. If one of your pokemon faints it's gone. You can't use it again and it must be releahealing More rules but I need more room to type one sec

    No healing items are to be used during battle unless it's the pokemon's held item such as an oran berry. Healing items can be used outside of battle though. I went with a no duplicate rule as well. Meaning you can't catch a pokemon you already have. So say you catch a zigzagoon in one area and the first pokemon you meet in the next area is also a zigzagoon.

    I didn't know that was a rule :p I never knew the rules until peanutbuttergamer on YouTube started his alpha sapphire nuzlock and he never said the nicknaming was a rule. I just thought he was nicknaming because he wanted to :p

    The basic rules are: -Defeated Pokemon must be released -Only catch the first Pokemon you find on each new route/area -Nickname every Pokemon All other rules are optional

    this is what i did? but never nicknamed the legends.... and i kno when a pokemon faints its like it died right... ok now i kno what i am gonna do in my omega ruby, i completed alpha sapphire now is omega rubys time
