    Depends. Do you need more special or physical defense on your team? Also, Donphan has Ice Shard, so that's handy.

    It wouldn't hurt to have both, if you can make room. They both have good coverage of different types, and they can set up different things. Though only one of them should have Rapid Spin if you decide to do that.
