    Some Youtuber. He Wonder Trades a box of Pokémon chosen by his viewers. But everyone watching or who knows about it also Wonder Trades a bunch of 'mon, and you can get some REALLY good 'mon (last week I got 3 Shinies, one of which was a Shiny Jirachi). It last an hour, but I can't remember exactly what time.
