    Then switch to a big character that can fly and you should be looking toward the hall of hero's place and just walk foward till you fall then before you die activate the character flying ability.

    Then fly over to where the 2.0 figures are and you should see the area. Just fly in and you will able to walk around.

    Oh cause on my screen it had crystal jack sparrow there and he wasn't even facing the way he's supposed to and I couldn't fit in the space due to is arm blocking the way

    That's the hard way to do it. You are trying in the wrong spot. Search for a user named Cyrie. Go through her past posts, she wrote a tutorial for how to do it. I don't want to type it here, because it takes to long. But there is a glitch in the barrier on the top column second from the right. You only need a flying character.
