    Accepting moveset requests from followers! Requested by Madi This pokemon make aura sphere, dark pulse, dragon pulse and water pulse stronger. Making water pulse a 90 base power with STAB. Due to the fact that it only use mainly pulse moves, you can know what attack it will use... There are better megas out there but if you use it right. You might win.

    I think Dragon Pulse works better than Fake out for this moveset. Fake out is a great move for VGC, and any other format for that matter, but this would be better if you lead with another fake-out pokemon with Blastoise. Just my opinion though.....

    Fake out is one of the best supporting moves. It help out trickroom, substituting other pokemon, etc

    Oh, I get that, but I think Dragon Pulse works better. Blastoise Isn't the best Fake-Out user.
