    You can go directly to Victory Road to beat Elite 4, or, before you do that, you can go to the last town on the map that you haven't visited, which will get you more $ and exp., then go to Victory Road.

    Yes, that is correct. It's in the opposite direction of Victory Road. Just check your map if you get lost.
