  • The only rules are: 1. Always encounter/KO a Pokemon Dexnav picks-up, REGARDLESS if it's what you are chaining. 2. As long as you don't scare a Pokemon away, and only encounter Dexnav Pokemon, the chain continues. This is the only way in the overworld to break your chain. 3. Use your repels and don't leave the area. 4. If you cannot pick-up a Pokemon on Radar, IT DOES NOT BREAK THE CHAIN.

  • 5. If you cannot pick-up a Pokemon for some reason (it sometimes fails), just walk around and try again. The chain is STILL going on as long as you followed the previous rules. 6. Patience. The higher your Search Level (Encounter Tally), the easier it is :3 I've sucessfully Shiny Naved several times :3

  • If another pokemon shows up on the DexNav rather than what you're looking for then the chain breaks as well.

  • ^Not true. As long as you KO the Pokemon that popped-up, yoy can search again for the Pokemon you want and the Chain is still going.
