Why is hatching a shiny mareep so hard I have shiny american ampharos and spanish ditto and I've hatched 27 eggs and nothing

    Took me around 2000 eggs for a shiny ralts WITH the shiny charm....but only 5 eggs for a shiny treecko.....I guess it's luck.

    The highest probability is 1/512 if using this method with shiny charm. 27 eggs still too far to get one.
