    no and if i would it would have to be 4iv that is the only way and with one of the ivs being 30 instead of 31 which is a perfect iv and getting a 30iv is very hard to get

    I have a shiny treeko. Its just the pre evolution of sceptile. I don't know its IV's though, I think they are pretty good. If you do want it, I want the Darkrai.
