    only if you want to invite other trainers to be trainers inside your secret base. They will start standing on those spots when you invite them

    You dont need those to find secret bases, Those are just used if you find a secret base and want to invite the head trainer there to be part of your base. if you want to find more bases, just go online in Pokemon and go to the BuzzNav, there should be a red mailbox thing, click that and you'll get more secret bases to look for. You can check online for more new bases every 10 hours

    Strange.. I've touched the red mailbox before, but I haven't found any Secret Bases that way either.

    If you go to the Areanav, you can click the bases tab and there will be markers placed on the routes that all have at least one secret base and can see a small hint on where to find it on that route.
