    It's purely a matter of preference. Slow Start really hurts Regigigas so I guess I'd go Jolly so that you can outspeed SOMETHING for 5 turns. Then you're set.

    He's not that fast I think... It's worthless to have it as Jolly if it'll be defeated in speed by other pokemon that aren't regigigas.

    With Slow Start it's down to base 50. And with that monstrous Attack it really doesn't need any more, even with Slow Start. If you're running him offensively I say Jolly. If you're running him defensively I say Adamant. If you're running him mixed I say either or.
