    Thia might sound controversial but Rosa won fair ad square. Doubles is Wayyy diferrent than Singles, just look at turborooster and Smogfrog, both are C rank, while pokés like jellicent, abomasnow and aromatisse are higer than they. So if she did use they its because they are smog free like those, yes they are good thats why they are top tier.
