    It is, I believe you just have to do the same thing you did in X and Y. I think you need to hit it 100 times before you get one. It could be random though.

    If you're ev training a pokemon using just super training you are bound to get reset bags just by tapping the punchbag a couple of times, you can be lucky and get 2 or 3 in a row once you get one. I just use berrys to lower stats if I want too thought.

    As the others said, yes you can still get them they are just really uncommon to find still like in X & Y so it's always a bit difficult. ^-^' I just used the berry drink thingys myself in Luminos City when I ever needed to alter a Pokémon's EV points, because it had the same effect and didn't require alot of luck. :) Also the reduction Berries are useful to use to if you have alot of them. :)
